Anyone know a good punish for Ryu on stuff like whiffed DP's?Noticed I'm mostly just doing crouch medium kick> hadoken but gotta be something better that's not to difficult to land consistently.

i was punishing whiffed dp's with a throw but then i found out that since dp has 5 or 6 frames of invulnerability they can actually beat you to the move after they whiff. better to pull off a combo me thinks or even safer some kinda jumping move

cr.LK, cr.LP, cr.HP xx HK Tatsu 206 damage


will try give those a bash, they seem to do the most damage without using any meter.

I'm rusty as hell and ive only been playing endless on pc and been getting my ass handed to me. Then 1st game tonight I beat this guy. He kicked me after the game. seems to be alot more assholes on pc  
He started spamming his dive kick and i was'nt sure what to do the he tried to act cool and let me recover from a dizzy after that I was determined to make a come back.
Sorry about the music I like to listen to my own when I'm playing.

@Slick, I usually don't play rank that much but I will do some more matches in rank. I think it would be nice to see some of my replays on YouTube.

not sure why but the fight slick uploaded to youtube of me, really helped me see where i was over using moves and going wrong. moreso than replay does, think cus its easier to replay moves and times, rather than the whole round again.
