Icons and Titles

Anyone know of a place where you can find out how to get all of these or do you just get them for fighting over and over?

All the character themed titles and icons come from finishing the trials for them and beating arcade mode with them. Everything else is achievement based.

i didnt realise they were tied to the trials, guess i have added motivation to complete them now  thanks luuke
